Description

Building better services for – and with – low-income New Yorkers.

Please join the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, Citi Community Development, and the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City online for the launch of the nation’s first-ever Service Design Studio and toolkit dedicated to making public services for low-income New Yorkers as effective and accessible as possible.

Our goal is simple: to enable the City of New York to better meet the needs of its most vulnerable residents through service design methods – emphasizing a holistic approach, partnering the people who use services with the public servants and nonprofit providers who deliver them.

Join us to learn how the Service Design Studio at the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity and NYC Civic Service Design Tools + Tactics will provide a central resource for expertise and best practices in service design to support public servants and help spread service design methods across New York City government.

We will share the details of the studio, new resources, and how NYC is practicing service design.

Please join us via the online live stream. By signing up, you will receive a link to the live stream via email.
